The Facilities Account Manager is empowered to help implement an approach that will foster employee community and delight clients and customers while ensuring the space meets the needs of the organization.
The Facilities Account Manager is also responsible for the delivery of workplace services and office safety & security.
Being responsible in the delivery of all required workplace services and serve as the primary contact with the local Customer.
Employee Engagement : Assisting with the Employee Communications plan and creating an informed and engaged workforce. Increasing efficiencies and implementing office management model.
The Facilities Account Manager needs to demonstrate high client and customer service orientation, innovative problem solving, and efficient process management. This role requires a self-starting leader who is interested in identifying and proactively addressing opportunities to improve stakeholder experiences.
