To identify, and help select Tunisia-based High-Impact Entrepreneurs. Primary responsibilities include to directly manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs, oversee the search and servicing efforts of direct reports, facilitate productive advisory board meetings, Account managers play a leadership role in setting priorities, managing relationships with key stakeholders and developing the team. | |
Manage Endeavor Tunisia’s Pre-selection Process: ● Proactively screen high-potential entrepreneurs running companies with the majority between $250,000 – $12 million USD in annual sales ● Leverage Endeavor’s network of business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, academics and journalists to “nominate” potential candidates ● Lead assessment of companies’ growth potential, critical challenges, and the entrepreneurial capacity of the team ● Responsible for company overviews (profiles) and detailed case studies to be used at Endeavor’s Local and International Selection Panels. These case studies analyze business concepts, innovation, financials, growth potential and management teams ● Prepare and coach final candidates for Local Selection Panels and International Selection Panels ● Responsible to adopt all knowledge and data management tools on throughout the selection process. ● Bachelor’s / Master’s preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience (investment, business consulting, business development, corporate development) ● Good business judgment: ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companies ● Strong work ethic ● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team ● Passion for entrepreneurship and working with entrepreneurs. Capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources ● Strong financial background ● Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities ● Excellent oral and written communications skills in English ● Knowledge of the economic and business climate in Tunisia ● Strong computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point) |

To help define and execute Endeavor Tunisia’s marketing and PR strategy to support its mission to develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem in our community and help build Endeavor’s recognition as a thought leader driving the high-impact entrepreneurship movement. | |
1- Brand Management: Working within Endeavor’s global corporate identity framework, the Marketing & PR Associate will assist in brand awareness initiatives as well as the development of relevant collateral materials and marketing activities. Support development and management of marketing initiatives and programs, coordinating and completing project deliverables.
2- Outreach and Thought Leadership: The associate will help define, implement and manage an integrated communications strategy. The Associate will help position Endeavor’s Managing Director, board members and entrepreneurs as effective spokespeople for entrepreneurship in South Florida. The associate will also elaborate talking points for Endeavor network. 3- Web and Social Media Content: The associate will help build and maintain Endeavor Tunisia’s website, blog, as well as executing a social media plan. The associate will also be responsible for tracking, optimizing and acting on web/social media analytics. 4- Events: The associate will be responsible for updating the annual events calendar as well as the planning and execution of Endeavor events.
