· Provide high quality, professional and responsive support service to all users across the business on a range of different technologies, hence allowing them to complete their job seamlessly.
· Support and train end users.
· Assist the Infrastructure Support Specialist on daily tasks.
· Manage the technical documentation where appropriate.
· Install, test and maintain desktop and peripherals including IP phones.
· Troubleshoot basic system and network problems and solve hardware/software faults.
· Patching network and phones.
· Monitor network efficiency including Internet bandwidth consumption level.
· Install and maintain antivirus and anti-malware software.
· Set up new users accounts and profiles and disable expired account in accordance with HR requirement.
· Monitor network systems including Firewalls, switches and routers.
· Create user and computer accounts on Active Directory.
· Manage inventory, stock and purchase of ICT equipment.
· Participate in infrastructure related projects.
• Holder of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year work experience in IT support environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows OS.
• Good Knowledge of information systems administration and networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organization skills, ability to systematize and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills

As a Release Train Engineer you will be responsible for managing and optimizing delivery of applications to the production environment and oversees the transition to full operational support. EcoVadis is currently seeking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join one of our web applications team.
